- Подаємо до відома, що 78-ті Загальні Збори Української Громади Вікторії відбудуться o 7 год пп, 11-ого грудня, 2025 в Українському Народному Домі, Ессендон (3-11 Russell Street, Essendon)
- Статут каже що можна мати до 9 Директорів Упрaви УГВ але не менше як три. (35.1)
- Пригадую, що цього року кінчається термін п’ятьох Деректорів, a для чотирьох Директорів ще залишився один термін їхньої каденції. Тому шукаємо 5 Деректорів
- Контрольна Комісія може мати 5 членів – голова + 4 члени
- Якщо ви маєте бажання допомогти та віддати свій час на благо української спільноти Мельбурну – заповніть долучену анкету та вступайте до Управи УГВ або до Контрольної Комісії.
- Відносно прилогів та важних нотатків прошу глянути на подану інформацію в англійські мові.
Notice is hereby given of the 78thAnnual General Meeting of the Association of Ukrainians in Victoria (AUV) to be held at 3 – 11 Russell St, Essendon, 7pm, 11th of December 2025 at our Narodniy Dim/Ukrainian Community Centre. This notice includes:
- Minutes of the previous AGM (30/11/24); 2024/25 Annual Financial Report, External Auditors Financial Statement, Agenda for 2025 AGM, Proxy Form and Nomination Form. Other Reports and Special Resolutions are also able to be downloaded.
- All Reports will be available on the AUV website (www.auv.org.au/auv-agm-2025). Copies will also be available at the office of the Ukrainian Narodniy Dim/Community Centre, Essendon and on the day.
- A number of resolutions will be put to the AGM as ordinary resolutions – see Agenda. You should read these and be ready to discuss and vote.

The current Constitution of AUV (2019) states that “AUV must have at least three and no more than nine Directors. The AUV Board of Directors should include a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.” (35.1)
We are calling for nominations for President and Directors of the AUV Board and for the Chair and Members of the Internal Audit Committee, with this Notice of AGM.
The following positions are available:
AUV BOARD: Up to 5 Director Positions. This includes the role of President.
INTERNAL AUDIT: Up to 5 positions, Chair and four members elected each year at the AGM – Statut 56.1
If you wish to nominate yourself or another member for any of the positions, please complete the Nomination form and return to the AUV office by 4 December 2025.

Please Note:
- A person will be unable to exercise their right to vote at a general meeting (whether in person or by proxy, whilst their subscription for membership remains unpaid (Clause 28.2 AUV Constitution).
- Affiliate members are welcome to attend the AGM but are not eligible to Vote.
