Annual General Meeting 2020 via Zoom

Due to the global CoVid 19 pandemic and its potential danger to our members, the AUV cannot hold this year’s AGM in the normal manner at the Essendon Domivka. ASIC, the Government controlling body for incorporated companies, has given relief to all companies enabling them to hold AGM’s electronically.

Consequently the AUV Board has decided to use the “ZOOM” internet based product as the process to conduct the AGM this year.
