Future Focus Support Fairs

Greater Dandenong Council is running a series of Support Fairs this June to focus on bringing together community and service organisations into the one place. The fairs will have a different emphasis, with lots of other information at each fair for everyone.

Looking for work is a job in itself and sometimes there are other things to sort out first. What support is available in our region and where should you start?

Come and be connected to one of the many organisations in attendance – find the right support in your language, or information on living and working in Australia. Speak to an expert on financial information or chat with someone about health and wellbeing, housing, job readiness, or job training, pathways and education.

Vouchers to the Dandenong Markets will be offered to all participants, as well as other free items, points for income support payments and more.

At the event, you can receive free advice on:

• Health and well-being
• Job readiness
• Legal
• Financial
• Language
• Training and education

When:

• Youth: Friday, 9 June | 10am – 12pm or 12pm – 2pm
• Women: Tuesday, 20 June | 10am – 12pm or 12pm – 2pm

Where: Dandenong Civic Centre, 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong.
