By bidding on an auction item you can support Ukraine directly and the work that our volunteers at Ukraine Crisis Appeal do.

All funds raised will go towards humanitarian aid in Ukraine, for people who have been affected by russia’s invasion.

Together we have already:

• supported 1.2 million people with food and clothing (in collaboration with Caritas Ukraine)
• delivered over $29 million (AUD) in medical and humanitarian aid through our partnership with Rotary Donations in Kind, Rotary Gdynia and Rotary Club Ukraine Unity
• facilitated Emergency point of care medical training to doctors and medics 
• refurbished accommodation which to date has provided bedding for over 30,000 internally displaced Ukrainians
• funded 4 ongoing trauma counselling and rehabilitation programs for children, adults and veterans and their families
• funded 8 fully equipped ambulances, 4 emergency evacuation vehicles and 1 crane
• provided generators and heating fuel

We have helped millions of displaced men, women and children to live safely with dignity. There is more to do. The battle continues as does our determination to provide lifesaving support to those ravaged by Putin’s war.

The facts: 

• Over 6 million Ukrainians have become refugees and an additional 8 million have been displaced within Ukraine since russia’s invasion
• In excess of 20,000 children have been deported to russia (stolen) since the 2022 full scale invasion.
• Women in vulnerable areas have had to flee their homes and escape from the occupied territories in fear that their children could be stolen. They are now in hiding but have no means of supporting themselves and their children. We are helping them.
• The war in Ukraine is a global issue affecting the cost of living world wide.
• Ukrainians are fighting for freedom and democracy and to ensure that the war does not escalate to a broader world conflict.

Please note: We have received donations from individuals and businesses from all over Australia. Depending on the location of the item you have won, winning bidders may need to cover the postage cost. Wherever possible we will try to pass on your winning item or make it available for collection.
