The Association of Ukrainians in Victoria, Noble Park Branch has just held its AGM and with it comes a new President.
After 17 years of tireless volunteer work for the community, Mr Yevhen Stefyn is stepping down. Yevhen has been a teacher and community leader in Noble Park and surrounds for all of his life and leaves behind a vibrant community. He will still be part of community life and always there to lend a helping hand.


Liana Slipetsky, granddaughter of Myroslav Slipeckyj who was President of the Branch for 25 years, has now stepped in to fill these big shoes. She is joined by members of the former Committee and also new ones and is looking forward to building up the membership and engaging more sectors of the community.

The Noble Park community will be celebrating 70 Years of Ukrainian Settlement in Australia, 65 years of the School and 50 years since the Domivka – hall was built, on 19 October 2019 and invites everyone along for their festivities.
